Apart from all, they have everything in the kitchen. They even had an iron, stand and washing machine. It was like stepping into another house from your own.

The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was cooperative and respectful. The apartment itself was decent and had the basic facilities needed for a family stay. I also appreciate that the owner refunded the second day’s room charges after I decided to shift to another apartment.

The biggest issue was the electricity outage. There was no electricity for the whole night, and the UPS backup only lasted around 2 hours. After that, from approximately 1:00 AM until 9:00 AM, there was no power at all. Because of the extreme heat in Lahore, my wife, my child, and I could not sleep and had to spend time outside in the streets just to get some relief. This was extremely uncomfortable and stressful, especially with a young child. As a property owner in Lahore, it should be understood that electricity issues such as transformer faults, load-shedding, or technical failures can happen anytime, especially in peak summer. Proper backup arrangements like a generator should be available so guests are not left without electricity for long hours. Another thing I did not like was that air conditioning was charged separately from the room price. When I asked why it was not included, I was told some guests do not use it. However, in Lahore during June, with temperatures around 43°C, AC is more of a necessity than an option, especially for families. I agreed to pay the extra charges because I was staying with my family, but due to the power outage, I was spared from that expense. If AC is optional and charged separately, this should be clearly mentioned in the booking details so guests know beforehand that the rent will change if AC is included. This kind of transparency is important to avoid confusion and make the booking process fairer.

Umar Toor is a great host. Everything was as described, and the overall experience was very good. My family was satisfied with the stay, and all the necessary arrangements were taken care of. We stayed here for two days and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to others.

One small suggestion would be to keep an extension board or a dedicated charging point available for guests, as charging multiple devices was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was well managed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to others.

Overall, it was a very good stay, the property was clean , location was perfect and the host was very professional and kind.

One thing was bit confusing that air conditioning charges weren’t included so I’ve been charged extra money at the check in time.
