Free Allocated Parking-Mayfair Court

The property was clean, quiet and parking was easy. The beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped! About 25 mins into Sheffield with good transport links. Overall this place massively exceeded our expectations and we were really pleased with it overall. Would stay again. :-)

This is a spacious and well furnished, practical flat to stay in while visiting Wakefield, where we have family. The flat is within walking distance from the centre, so very convenient for access to restaurants etc. The beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating in the living room with plenty of natural light.

The flat did have a strong smoke/tobacco smell, but the listing does say 'smoking allowed' (which I hadn't noticed when booking), so this is on me and I can't complain or criticise the hosts for this, just be aware when booking that this could be an issue for some people.

The apartment is spacious.

The apartment absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Kitchen appliances/glassware/crockery were not clean. The bathroom is vile - the cistern has a bad leak, the shower curtain is filthy, towel rail and shower rail are rusty. I could expand further but you can see from the photo's what we were faced with.

It was clean and spacious, everything was comfortable- little bits of wear and tear but they’re normal

Heater in living room wasn’t working

The location access was easy.

The smell of smoke, the mould around the bath could have been cleaned with a bit of elbow grease. And the brown water marks behind the toilet.
