Location is great. Close to everything. Very nice owners.

If I had to pick something I didn't like it would be parking. Parking is a comfortable 2 cars. I had 4 so we had to park on the side road, but that was more of an our problem.

We liked how close the property was to activities and the beach (beach access 24 was a good one or even access 16, 16 was our favorite). Not really walking distance to the beach but it’s a short 5 min drive, give or take traffic. The owners were great! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need!

The floors weren’t mopped prior to us arriving, our feet turned black lol. And the master bedroom is located above the garage so it seemed like it was hard to cool off. But box fans are available at the house! Nothing major though!!

The location was great. It didn't take more then ten minutes to get just about anywhere. The street felt safe and was well lit. The house had plenty of space for a large family. There is a half bath on the main floor and two full baths on the second floor, which was helpful. The unit is on the end of a small street, and we didn't hear any of our neighbors. It was about a 3 minute drive to a public beach access.

We were very disappointed in how dirty the unit was when we arrived. The hardwood floors turned the bottom of our feet/shoes black after walking on them for just a few minutes. In the times we needed to let our baby crawl on the floor, when we picked her up, she was absolutely covered in dirt. I can understand some sand being leftover from the guests before us, but it felt as if the floors hadn't been cleaned in months. It also was incredibly hot in the unit. We were told that we could not turn the air conditioner above 74 degrees. It was pushing 100 degrees outside while we were there in the end of June. With there only being one AC unit for a 2 story home, the upstairs was incredibly hot, which is unfortunate considering all of the bedrooms are upstairs. We had to let our 1 year old sleep downstairs because it was too hot upstairs for her to sleep safely. We also had an issue with the dishwasher. We had to clean our baby's bottles, so when we ran the dishwasher on the second day there, water leaked all out of the dishwasher and onto the floor. This happened all 3 times we ran the dishwasher.

It was very comfortable and I felt as if I was in my own home.
