La Lucia Sleepover

Perfect location. Close by to all shopping centers. Felt like home away from home. Very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. Very accomdating. I had to look for accommodation last minute as my wife was booked into Gateway Hospital. Most affordable for the location.

Everything was perfect. No complaints

I liked the room was so nice and big enough for me and my friend, it was clean and we were warmly welcomed by Seipati who opened the gate for us. Thank you we had a very nice stay

The Wifi was slow. But we enjoyed

No hand towels . unit should b semi serviced to ciean toilet and change towels from Sunday until wednesday we used the same bath towels. Parking was a problem cause of the gate sensor not working. Certain things need to be mentioned in the ad

Nothing the place was perfect

The thoughtfulness and love from the staff and owner 😍 I booked immediately and arrived to the premises, but check in was only at 3pm but because I had a small baby they made an exception for me. I also had a bit of a domestic issue with my partner wanting to interfere in my booking and the staff responded with professional defense of guest house rules.

There wasn't a normal aircon. The clear sliding doors in my bedroom were opening out onto a garage gym and I didn't feel that bedroom privacy was not respected as per the room partitioning. The tea and coffee trays were basically empty, The shower tap faucet is not ideal. The people/ kids noises from upstairs were really coherent and disturbing.

La lucia sleepover is in the centre of Umhlanga in a very safe, quiet and peaceful location. It is close to all amenities.

My niece and I had a great time. The place was very homely and spacious. The host was very accommodating and always available. Would definitely book there again next time I'm in South Africa.
