Cozy Nook B&B - Free Private Parking

The Location was amazing. The apartment is very modern and nice. The host is an amazing guy, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast next door very good.

The room’s interior is very fresh and looks like just recently finished. The furniture in the living room and the plumbings at the bathroom all looked pretty fresh and clean.

I didn’t expect that the room will be on the ground floor and the light in the living room were not bright enough for me. Also the nearest supermarket was kind of far away.

Location was close to bus station, trains were not running due to accident and it was a short walk from the drop off bus in the city. Host was friendly,

No coffee, no tea, no little anything. Don’t use the kettle. Too much chemicle buildup. There was hand wash but nothing much else, extra toilet paper was provided when requested. No hand towel. No fridge. It had a wierd smell.

I recently stayed at Cozy Nook Novi Sad-the host was kind and helpful, and the location is good and close to the city center.

First of all I didn't get the room I had originally booked via Booking. I booked a larger room consisting of: fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron etc., but none of these amenities was actually found in the room I got. So- no fridge and I was not able to use food and drinks that I brought with me or leave it in the fridge. (I have to mention that I also asked for the iron and the host actually brought it in after a while.) Also, I kindly asked for extra towels because there was only ONE towel and I was staying for 3 days, but no one ever brought it. Also, a wardrobe was in the room description, but there was no wardrobe in the room that I got, so it was challenging to keep the clothes in the suitcase and organise it that way for the whole stay. Not having a fridge or coffee machine (that I booked) was especially inconvenient, as I had planned to prepare some meals and coffee during my stay. Additionally, there was no extra toilet paper, which meant I had to go out and buy it. (There was only one roll in the toilet). Overall: While the location may be convenient, the lack of advertised amenities and poor attention to details left me disappointed. I would advise future guests to double-check with the host to ensure the room meets their expectations and that is actually the room they booked.
