"Very Good"

We spent one night in this apartment. It's a cozy apartment, perfect for a short stay in Bologna. It's perfectly located in the city center. Clear instructions and good communication with the owner were provided. Breakfast at a nearby café was a great idea. The bathroom was well-equipped, and we even received new toothbrushes. Additionally, comfortable beds and a large TV.

The entrance to the hallway with the apartment door looks like a cleaning lady's closet. There's no cutlery in the apartment, and no capsules for the coffee machine. During our one-night stay, there was no warm water in the shower.

"Great location, and clean apartment."

The location was great, the apartment was clean, and the directions to check in were fantastic. Happy to have elevators for the suitcases I brought with me so didn't have to lug everything. Neighbours were quiet.

The only slight situation I cam across was when I was checking in I had to rely on the owner of the apartment being in to buzz me in but ended up walking in behind someone else - other than that I had no issues!

"Good location, very basic"

Convenient location near some very nice restaurants and gelato shops.

Small room without many windows (just a skylight in the main room), bathroom had mold on the walls, someone knocked on the door 1 minute before checkout (we were packed and about to leave) which felt aggressive. The “included breakfast” is terrible - a bread cracker and small sachet of nutella.

"Perfect for one night"

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed just one night, but we enjoyed it. It's in the heart of Bologna, so location is nothing short of fantastic. We did't had the breakfast, which is in a bar close to the structure.

Walls are pretty thin and could be noisy. The bathroom is a little small and could have been better.
