Easy walk into town. Beautiful large room however bathroom needed a good scrub. Pool crystal clear and inviting. Staff were very attentive.

The motorbike and dog noise from road behind went on most of night. The gardens needed some attention with grass overgrown.

コチラのホテルはバンガロータイプの独立した建物になっております。 ウブドのメイン道路から斜めに急な坂を登った所にあります。 コチラのホテルは王族の経営であり、 現在はソレらを受け継ぐ王族の家族が敷地内に暮らしています。 息子さんはお医者様をしながらホテル経営もされてる様な事を親族から聞きました。部屋のつくりは昔のバリの形式で 広過ぎる部屋の真ん中にベッドがあります。天井も高くバリ島らしき高貴な造りでした。外には簡単な椅子が有りました。二つの部屋の前にはプールがあります。とにかく広い広い部屋です。

沢山有ります！先ずレストランが無い事です。急な長い坂道を登ったり降りたりと大変です。レストランが無いので朝食からとても困ります。飲み物さえ手に入れる事が大変でした。 プールタオルを持って来なかった事。 シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて、ポトポトだった。シャンプーなど出来ない。身体も泡を流せない。壊れたら壊れたまんま。王族が経営しているが昼間に2人の世話人らしき人が居たが夜になると誰も居なくなる。セキュリティなど何も無い。案の定、夜停電した。スタッフも居ないから、敷地内の王族の家の門を叩いて助けを求めたが誰も出て来ない！昼間の世話人とLINEで繋げてたので連絡をする。 家に帰ってるので来れないと言われた。その後、世話人が王族に連絡してくれたのか、のそのそと出てきた。 私はかなりクレームを言って、このホテルは経営してはならないほど錆びれてるし、スタッフも居ないし、壊れたまんまボロボロの廃墟に近い恐怖でしか無いこのホテルを出たいと申し出た。予定では3泊する筈だったけど2日間何とか我慢して宿泊してホテルを出た。バリ島30年通う私がここのホテルは最低だったと評価します。

Charming individual cottages. Large bedroom, restroom , porch. Kitchen had all we needed. Excellent WiFi. Staff helpful. Nice pool. Quiet

Front area is still under construction but the cottage and pool area is fine.

It was a great location, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the villa felt very private

It was a bit noisy and it could probably do with some updates

Arya and Gus really were going out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room is spacious and the private pool is a great thing to ĥave.

It was no problem for me at all but there was a lot of construction going on. The fact that i found out only when i arrived was not so great.

The place needs some TLC, perhaps they are land banking? If you can accept that it is tired and in need of a refurbishment, a great place to stay in a premium location. Again, the staff were great
