The location

Since we arrived, the locker was broken with transparent tape on it. Even though at the point of arrival we new by the landlord text, one of the guests used the top lock since my little kid removed the scotch and we had to call the locksmith we paid £408 that the landlord doesn't want to recognise. We were offered 2 beds and 1 sofa for 3 adults and 2 kids. The sofa was so bad that even seating was uncomfortable. The landlord acknowledged in the internal messages that she knew was in this state, and she didn't bother to repair them as with the door. She shouldn't be renting a property that is not in good condition.

"Perfect for what we needed and great customer service and communication."

Cosy clean and a great location for us. Plenty of space and great facilities.

The only downside was the not very comfy sofa.
