Location. Staff very helpful.

Staircase upto the bedroom in the loft is very, very steep. Not recommended for kids or anyone with mobility difficulties.

The loft is wonderful... I didn't expect it to be rather well equipped and comfortable.

It would be great if the windows can be soundproof. The noise from the road is disruptive for sleep.
