Seajay's Apartment

A very spacious apartment with two bathrooms and two balconies. Very clean, newly renovated (except one of the bathrooms), and well equipped place including things such as beach umbrella and board games. Fast internet connection. There is a free parking on the street / public parking lot where we always were able to find a place for our car. The host (Jessica) was helpful and provided with all necessary information and suggestions.

Location can be a little tricky if you do not have a car. While the downtown is within walk-able distance, beaches would have been too far away to walk for us with a kid. One of the bathrooms was dated and not practical to use for anything but a toiled (it was also spotlessly clean for that same reason). Responses by the host were quite delayed (up to 12hrs and more). Host wanted to know the exact time of arrival in order handle the keys. A lock-box or similar solution would have been way more convenient for us. While it was not an issue for us, this apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The apartment was very bright and warm (February) with 2 balconies, one with a sea view. It was exactly what we wanted. The host left us a welcome tray of treats.

If We had to think of anything, we would have liked an additional chopping board!

It was clean and tidy. The host is very nice and responsive. The appartment has a fire place and two balconies, from one the ocean be seen in distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was walkable to everything - old town, beaches, supermarkets, Marina etc. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped.

Not an issue for us but there are several flights of stairs to access the upper floor apartment.

Due to the view the apartment is on the 3rd floor so lots of steps to climb.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. Upon arrival we received a warm and hospitable welcome from the owner. She not only greeted us with a smile but also provided us with invaluable recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. It felt like a home away from home, and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. One of the things that made our stay incredibly convenient was the fully-equpped kitchen and the thoughtful provision of essentials like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. It may seem like a small detail, but not having to worry about these everyday items made our stay all the more enjoyable. Additionally, the availability of free parking nearby was a significant perk, as it eliminated the stress of finding parking spaces. The location of the apartment was also ideal. We had access to numerous beautiful beaches, and there was a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants within easy reach. It made it easy to explore the local culture and cuisine. In summary, our stay in Seajay's Apartment was absolutely delightful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in this beautiful area.

The firmness of mattresses on the beds. Some of us found them a bit too hard for our liking, but this is a matter of personal preference and didn't significantly detract from our overall experience.
