Pal Hotel

The female staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, the male staff was 99% as good as the female staff. The room was advertised with a fridge which wasn’t present, the property had several power black outs which affected the heating and when at -11 heating was required. The breakfasts were brilliant especially the omelettes and porridge. The staff were very kind on Christmas Day when they put on a free buffet in the evening for guests. Upon arrival there was no heater in the room which I had to ask for even though I did ask if the room had heating prior via email. Communication via email wasn’t great as I had to ask 4 times before getting a reply, and it took a long time (several weeks) of no response which was a bit disappointing. Overall the staff was amazingly helpful, the hotel is nicely decorated, clean and the location is a 5 minute walk from the main market street. I would definitely recommend staying here and this would be my first hotel to go to again the next time I’m in Leh.

The lack of response from the hotel via email and messaging via booking.com, the fact the room was advertised with a fridge and heater of which there was no fridge and I had to ask for a heater, also advertised with Bath robe of which again wasn’t present and I had to ask for.

Stuff for incredibly helpful and welcoming for the first minute I arrived until I left. Hotel was a nice comfortable walking distance to the market. Breakfast was also yummy. Five stars all around.

Clean and simple rooms

Staff could have been more courteous. Very rehearsed answers and reading from Manual standard responses to any queries or requests - without being very accommodating. Lacked warmth. Very little food options. Being only veg, they should really re look at their menu for the from rent prices that charge. Quite disappointing. Even breakfast buffet was below average.

Super ! - Literie confortable - Tout était très propre (salle de bain, draps, etc,) - Vue sur la montagne ! - Chauffage (apprécié en hiver) - Espaces modernes et design - Personnel agréable - Douche chaude et après-shampooing très appréciés :) - Restaurant et petit déjeuner de qualité

Seul ajout serait des options non-végétariennes au restaurant, mais ce n’est qu’un détail.
