Friendly and helpful staff

Small room and had not set up the room for our family. This was fixed for us later.

The staff of the hotel is friendly and quick. The location is an advanage as it us close to the market approximately 500 mts. The breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed our stay.

We checked out early morning and there was no front office staff available at that time. The person who settled the bill didn't know about the components. We did not understand one of the billed elements. So in case you have an early check out,it is advised to check your bill at night to avoid confusion.

ホテルの設備が新しくよく手入れされており、快適に過ごすことができた。また、スタッフが親切でいろいろなお願い(タクシー予約、備品のオーダー、プリントアウト等)もすぐに対応してくれて、気持ち良く滞在できた。ホテルのレストランで数回食事をしたが、食事も美味しく、スタッフの対応も気持ち良いものだった。(ジンジャーレモンティーとトマトクリームスープが最高！)レセプションにあるショップで売っているものもセンスが良く、全体的にすごく良いホテルという感想。

時期がシーズン前だったため(5月初め)、レストランのメニューで選べないものがあり、そこが残念だった。
