The quiet, comfortable apartment was very well located for an easy walk to centre.

Situated on 2nd floor and no lift, the stairs tricky with heavy cases, but Gio was so helpful and carried our big case.

Viel Platz auf kleiner Grundfläche. Top Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Etwas rustikale Umgebung aber einmal um die Ecke und man war im Zentrum. Alles nötige Fußläufig erreichbar.

Central location, clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything, including full kitchen and washing machine. It was a home away from home. They do say to take your trash and recyclables to the bins on the street, which at first I found off-putting and the explanation when I got there wasn't clear. Once I saw the bins, very nearby, it made more sense and ended up feeling like part of the cultural experience.

The apartment is a second floor walk-up, so three flights of stairs and the bedroom is a loft. Wasn't a problem for me, but it should be mentioned in the description. A few days before the stay they sent a contact to be signed, which was basically a leasing contract. It affirmed the place was in a certain condition but there was no mention of waiting to sign it. I had to write and say I wanted to wait till I was there, which was fine. Long contact, seemed corporate and unnecessary.

This opinion includes a review of a different Realkasa property (Realkasa Pratello Flat), as upon arrival, it turned out that the apartment we had booked was not prepared/cleaned. As compensation, we were offered a stay at another Realkasa property located close to the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the original booking. Realkasa Pratello Flat: A spacious, clean apartment in an excellent location. The host was friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Close to the centre of the city. 5 min walk. Room was clean and tidy. Easy communication with host.
