The studio is big but the interior was not that good, it’s need renovation or refurbishing, make it modern and inline with the new interior design.

The room need to renovate, old style, TV need to upgrade, mirror too old. Lot is stain

Madumi ibang mirrors. May cockroach sa cr, fridge and couches. Makati ang bed parang hindi napalitan. Hindi mabango ang place. May food leftovers bago mag check-in. Unit is not sanitized and under prepared.

The room has a Fridge, Big space and Very strong Airconditioning. I like the pool

There were a lot of small cockroaches, The TV does not work. The Staff is very very slow and very unresponsive to concerns always asks you to wait for more than an hour. The wall going to the airconditioning's compressor fell down which is heavy and almost fell on my companion's face while she was sleeping. When we arrive there the staff already knows that it will be 3 of us but the utensils are not for 3 people.

The only thing I like about this property is the location since it is located at the back of the mall.

It felt like nobody was living there for a while. There was no towel and blankets provided. You are literally paying for the place you’re staying in. I had to pay for the wifi, utilities, water, etc separately. Also had to pay for late check-in. There was a 300 pesos deposit for the key and card. Additional fee if you have a visitor which is called visitor-fee. The bed was okay but had to buy 2 blankets to cover the mattress sheet since it felt like there was bed bugs since I started itching after laying down. The worst part was the unit is infested with roaches. I’ve killed like 25 small roaches during my stay. They tend to hang out more in the bathroom. Stayed there for 5 days and only took 2 showers since I wasn’t feeling safe and comfortable. No BSA staffs are going to change/clean your unit aside from you. I was told there will be a cleaning fee if left unorganized after check-out. I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I was there for vacation and wanted to feel relaxed and enjoyed during my stay but it was quite the opposite. I felt like I was overcharged during my stay and had to spend more money on disinfectant sprays, soap, towel, etc. Sorry for leaving a bad review but for people who are planning to stay please be aware that you might experience what I’ve been through since it is non-refundable after booking.

Very Poor wifi. Almost none. A lot of Cockroach all over the room. 😡 Almost all equipment does not work
