Beautiful two bedroom house

First off, I arrived at the property after 3, which is when check-in time is. So we have to leave and come back which wasn’t convenient at all! The front drive/yard has random trash You walk up the porch steps, but have to be mindful not to step on a rotten board and will fall thru. The steps out of the back door, don’t even go to the ground. We got into the house, there were 7 DIFFERENT plug in air fresheners and the pungent smell gave me an instant migraine. We unplug them and we’re going to air the house out so we could stay, despite the smell. Well what do you know, the windows are sealed shut. One of the beds didn’t have sheets on it. Said bed was sitting on the floor. There is nothing but a bed and plastic thing in the rooms ( no funature) There were 2 adults staying there (which I paid for!) and there was one single bath towel in the hole house. To say it was an interesting time, is an understatement! You should probably change the name of it to shithole rather than beautiful property!

It was not the house I thought I booked. Evidently more than one "beautiful 2 bedroom house". Myself and a friend (ladies) were surprised it was a mobile home and arriving in the dark was scary. The owner could have put more effort in the appearance both inside and out. No real walkway from car to rickety deck. Very dark inside. Carpet should be replaced. Get a bed frame for master bedroom instead of mattress on the floor. Second bedroom needs newer bed frame. The second hand stores in Florida carry lots of nice furniture. That room needs a dresser rather than a plastic 3 drawer filing cabinet. We had no wash cloths or hand towels so we had to get them and pricing is good at Dollar stores. No real yard for us to want to be there, so we ate breakfast out and spent days at our friend's house. Need hand rails in tub and shower. A chair is needed in the living room. Windows were not clean and some shades broken. Also, should reveal that there are chickens around and you get awakened by roosters at 4am. Better interior paint job throughout and more people will want to stay, so will make more money. At least the floors, tub and shower were clean. And we had clean sheets and comforters. And we were there only three nights. I cannot recommend to stay there.

Front and back yard trash, inside was dirty, broken cabinets and drawers. Plastic tables in both bedrooms. Locked bedroom closets, blow up beds on floor which is carpet and dirty. Blown lamps in rooms had to go buy lamps to have light. Turned tv on all blue screen then it blew up the 1st day. Party's all night long with extremely load music all night, during the day was 2 draging cars racing and loud all day. Crammed cabinet with all cleaning products in it. 3 towels and 1 wash rag. ROACHES 🤑. We have pictures and videos for you to look at. I don't know how to send them to you but my son will be here today and I will have him send to you. I paid almost $1,800 for this dump on top of buying lamps to see. Im So upset with this place if my family could of found another place they would of moved. I couldn't believe they are on your site for rent. Will send pics soon.oh I forgot cheap blinds on all windows no curtains so as soon as it was light outside they were up. Absolutely horrible.
