Staff was very nice and amiable. Specially food serving staff was nice and cooperative. It was good experience to stay at Andza Tbilisi Hotel.

"Overall, I had a good experience, but it would be better the hotel to improve some stuff."

The thing I liked the most is that the hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative. In addition, there was a great city view to enjoy from the hotel and balconies especially. Early check-in was possible and it was free of charge.

Breakfast was served from 9 to 11 am, at 10 am when I went for breakfast there was almost nothing to eat, but whatever was left was tasty. Then, the windows of my room was very dirty from outside, and curtains didn't cover all the length. Air-conditioner didn't work and it was cold in the room, however they gave us heater. Also, the room was not cleaned during the day, and the towels were not changed.
