"The villa is nice and new but the host is not experienced"

Not enough information before check-in. The host is obviously not experienced enoigh. Some equipment is out of use such as swimming pool and jacuzzi and we were not noticed befor check-in. Everytime you plan to go out or come back you would have to be monitored by the host and only he can open the door for you.
