Very nice place to stay

Lack of hangers, no wardrobe, only one mug

Clean, walking distance to town centre, effective heating, curtains that block out light effectively.

Extremely noisy due to busy road and traffic lights immediately outside where cars pull up with music blaring - even playing white noise at night didn't stop me from being woken up. The description of the flat had mentioned a view, but this was deceitful as the only 'view' was of the busy road. Strong cooking smells entering from other flats. Springs in sofa broken, so nowhere comfortable to sit. A lack of basics: no teaspoon, no water glass (only wine glasses), only 1 mug so you can't both have a hot drink at the same time. Water drains very slowly - standing water remains in the shower overnight, so that is unpleasant. Overall, disappointing and I wouldn't have booked if I'd known these things

The town center

The studio had a broken settee and a broken chair . They don t iron the duvet cover it was all creased . Also we had no heating or hot water in the shower for 22 hours . They did not label where the switches were . The owner didn't seem bothered at all . Not worth the money and Asi derby road has a steep hill . Very noisy outside and the street is very run down

Nothing
