Awesome staff, excellent location. Lovely decor, Supply of almost everything you need to make your stay more comfortable.. I will say, I was well taken care of. Oh yes, I will love to visit again. I will recommend any day, any time.

We thought the room decor and facilities for a flat were brilliant.

The Area of Radford felt very rough, the entrance and hall way were disappointing.

Really lovely place to stay for the night, warm and cozy. Facilities where great. We had an issue with the lock on checkout but one simple text and they rung me, which then he came straight to us to help without an hesitation.

really well appointed, modern, clean and some lovely touches like guest drinks, milk, sweets and chocs

a couple of minor points. no hairdryer. the shower wasn’t as hot as I would of liked and the towels not big enough.
