Location was excellent. It was clean, the room was large, and the shared facilities were good. Exactly as described

I didn't get the email/message with instructions for the keys... but that was sorted very quickly and without fuss, so not an issue

First time in shared accommodation, pleasantly surprised. Met some lovely people who also stayed. The bedroom was a decent size, very comfy bed and sofa bed. Lots of hanging space and draws. We felt secure with the locking bedroom/downstairs front doors. The lounge/ diner, open kitchen area is quite big. It’s a lovely space to cook breakfast grab a cuppa. There’s also a games room, my son loved that. There’s a lot for younger children too. Loads of cleaning gear so any mess is easy to clean up quickly. Incase you’re worried about cutlery pots n pans then don’t. There are more plates and dishes than you can count! There is parking a few streets away, the street name is given in the instructions when you book. Put the name of that street into your Sat Nav! Save yourself time. The showers are great! Bathroom on top floor is nice n spacious. We stayed on middle floor. Will definitely book again, this time with the rest of the family!

Lovely host!

I booked this accommodation last minute as I had to stay overnight for work and in budget for August. I didn’t see on booking.com that the accommodation bathrooms where not ensuite, as I probably wouldn’t have booked, that’s just my personal preference. The host seemed lovely, however I think the accommodation should be described in more detail on booking.com to reflect shared facilities. To be fair the bathroom and bedroom where spotless good wifi connection was great. And the bed was comfy. Good shower pressure.

I did not enjoy my stay as I didn’t feel comfortable. I travel a lot for work and just wanted to make a cup of tea and relax in my room and watch tv. And I didn’t want to make a cup of tea and carry it up 2 flights of stairs. But this is more my error for booking the wrong type of accommodation for work, however I have stayed in rooms that where £80-£90 in Weymouth for that season and provide en suite room facilities. But these where fully booked. There was no TV in room No tea and Coffee facilities in the room :( after an 11 hour work day just wanted a brew in own space. I did go down to make one but the dog although very cute was barking at me, so i thought forget it and went out to a cafe to get a brew! no bin in room no water or water cups - bring your own ( most places i stay provide water bottles, or glasses in room or glass water bottles) No signs / instructions -e.g sign communal living space, dog friendly, bathroom where to leave room key at check out had another guest knock on my door and disturb me to ask how to get out as he didn't know which key it was. or didn't know who to contact to help. Parking not great, not the host's fault but look for alternatives in peak season as i had to drive round a few times! The room i was in bed head was by the shower so heard everything! maybe could be placed on other wall as no tv ?
