Myrtle Villa Rooms

Was in a great location close to seafront. It’s nice clean and tidy would stay there again, but I suggest a kettle in the bedroom would be great.

They thing was wasn’t told when we could use communion area so don’t use it would of been handy for kids to have snack by even a kettle in the room would of been good

Late check-in, very cheap furniture, mattresses, duvets, everything. Barely any heating, it was cold when we came home in the evening, even with instructions it would only be on for 2 hrs in the evening, it was COLD. Rooms were not numbered. We could not wait to leave. The place is also marketed as Myrtle Villa, all a bit weird. And to call the back courtyard a garden.... the house also smelled a bit and was just not comfy. Overpriced for what you get. Is this meant to be a youth hostel or a holiday let or a room-only hotel? The place left us puzzled and not really happy.

Beautiful place, wonderfully situated in the heart of Weymouth. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there: rooms are kept clean, there's great wifi, and everything needed to make your stay memorable. And I must add that the host is special, goes out of the way to ensure you feel at home. The best shortstay I have ever had.

1. no coffee or tea in room 2. room was small for a deluxe room .only bed and cupboard couldn’t move around room easily. 3. no parking even though states will be free parking on near by road (found difficult to walk as have fibromyalgia) 4.pillows we’re old and worn .(stains on) 5.as key was left in door our room was unlocked and open when we turns up so not 100% not clean 6. no tv in room definitely not worth £125 for 2 nights !!! travel lodge and premier Inn cheaper

The front door key didn’t lock the door . Had to park half a mile away . Room was tiny and up 2 flights of stairs , the first flight had a handrail , the second flight had a piece of wood placed on edge approx 1 1/2” x5 1/2” which was very hard to hold on to . It was painted all white ( like an insane asylum ) . No tv in the room ( down 2 flights of stairs ) . There was calcium build up in the kettle so didn’t feel safe using it . It seemed like the manager couldn’t wait for us to leave so she could the next people in ( no posted time for exit that we could see ) we did oblige her on that as we got out as soon as we could the next morning . Don’t know why they called it Sea Break , gave a false impression , as it was actually actually Mrytle Villa . Certainly would not recommend it . We expected more for our $101.00 US 3
