"Very comfortable rooms near Cefalu beach and a few minutes from Cefalu village center."

Good quiet location in Cefalu, near the beach and a large (paying) parking area. Within a few minutes walking distance of Cefalu 'village'. Very clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast.

It's on the 3rd floor without en elevator. It was OK for us, but I can image older people or with big suitcases wouldn't like this. Something like this should be clear from the description, not mentioned when you're about to arrive. We also had to look a couple of minutes to find the exact location, as there were signs of other B&B's in the same courtyard but not for Suites di Costanza.

So close to the beach. Not within the old town but just 2 minutes walk away. The room was recently renovated and was sparkly clean.

The exterior of the building isn’t the most charming kind.

Excellent location with straight access to the sea and short walk to the old town. It’s a clean, safe and modern apartment.

No lift access which is ok with us but can be problematic for others with mobility problems.

"Exceptional"

Easy access to the beach, you just walk downstair and pass a restaurant then you will be able to see the beach. Highly recommended for those who like to go for swimming. Room seems to benewly renovated so super clean and nothing to complain about really! You will have balcony both in your own room or communal area with the beach view. Lovely accomm to stay will definitely stay with them for the next time.

The property is on 3rd floor without lift but staircase was not too steep so it was okay for me.
