AC was not working in the room. I asked him to provide another room and he denied the request. I had to request them multiple times for extra beds. The person who was looking after the property has no idea what he was saying. Either he's high in weed or drunk

MINT Inside Garden is located in quiet area 200m behind the beach. You may think to take a bungalow directly at the beach, but we were happy to have a quiet and green garden for relaxing without the loud waves sound. The beach with some restaurants is very near. The bungalow is nice especially the bathroom tiles. Every bungalow has its own small terrace where you take your breakfast. The view to the garden is beautiful. The staff is really friendly and supportive. Across the street you find a place with yoga lessons, conducted by Nathan as your calm yoga teacher. We highly recommend to stay here.

Kleines Resort in Strandnähe mit nur vier einzeln stehenden Bungalows, jeder natürlich mit eigenem Eingang und schattiger Terrasse. Die Bungalows sind ca. 150 m vom Meer entfernt, ein Badestrand etwa 4-500 m weg. Das ist schnell gelaufen und sollte kein Grund sein, hier nicht zu bleiben. Schließlich ist es sehr ruhig! Die Bungalows haben eine angenehme, luftige Größe. Das Bett ist üppig bemessen, alles ist sauber. Die AC arbeitet leise. Nachts reicht auch der Deckenventilator. Sehr nett ist das Personal. Habe umgehend Hilfe bei der Buchung des Bahntickets erhalten. Allerliebst ist auch die Hauskatze... Eher westliches Frühstück kann selbst zusammengestellt werden. Ich habe Omelett, frisch gepressten Saft, Kaffee und Porridge bevorzugt, alles lecker. Der Wert, einen eigenen Bungalow zu haben, damit keine lärmenden oder trampelnden Nachbarn, wie in den meisten Hotels üblich, kann nicht hoch genug eingeschätzt werden. Letztlich ein schöner Ort um auszuspannen.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: der Wasserdruck der Dusche könnte besser sein. Ein paar mehr Kleiderhaken im Raum und Bad. Ein leichter zu bedienendes Vorhängeschloss.

Our hosts were great and very helpful. A real quirky bungalow with character! Breakfast in the garden was amazing!.. fab position on quiet street with easy stroll to the super quiet beach. A couple of beach side restaurants very close by.

Amazing location, 3 min walk from the beach, a lot of restaurants around. The breakfast great, a lot of tasty food. The host was very friendly. The room was very clean. Amazing value for the money.

We didn't get to stay in this property because our booking got cancelled due to some technical error. The Mint has updated that the booking has been cancelled due to some technical glitch from Booking.com side. They updated us that Booking.com should have updated us regarding the temporary Glitch and this is all Booking.com fault. Mint gave us a call on the 16th Jan(1 day before travel) and advised us about this situation. The good thing is that they arranged a separate stay for the booked date. But the Hotel they suggested was average. Since the travel plan was confirmed we went ahead with it. Actually we stayed at Sandra Eco. They charged us the same amount as Mint. The owner of Sandra informed us that Mint changed our booking on purpose since they received some Foreigners as guests. This may or may not be true. But totally disappointed with their hospitality. Every guest irrespective of caste colour gender to be treated on same grounds. "Adithi devo bhava"

The staff are amazing here. We didn't want to leave. The accommodation was very clean and hot water for the shower provided by a good water heater. It's set in a lovely garden with a communal area for the enormous breakfast and socialising. Breakfast can also be had in the room. Kunji spotted on my passport that I would have a birthday while staying. To our astonishment the staff came up to us with a lovely named birthday cake sing Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to...... The cake was made overnight by one of his friends! That was before breakfast! Mint Garden is set at the north end past North Cliff which is a lovely quiet area that has a very clean beach. There's a tuk tuk station close by which is handy for those who don't fancy walking.

3 bungalows, each with it's own verandah, set in a quiet garden. Lovely. Breakfast was served on my verandah every morning - choice of Indian or western and v generous portions.
