Helpful staff and very courteous Veronica went out of her way to assist in every aspect. Food was amazing

The staff could do with a little English fluency, besides the owner Veronica was great. Food was a little cold

The lady in charge of the hotel is very helpful and very nice - for instance I am no big fan of watermelon, knowing that she took her car to go get bananas and avocado from the nearby village during breakfast... amazing! The garden is nice for the meals You can see Mount Meru and Kilimandjaro from the place

The place is a bit isolated, middle of nowhere The food is simple but good The water is not very hot but this is good enough In the end the place met my purpose: a transition night between a safari and the climb of the Kilimandjaro The owner is trying her best to make up for any issue you have - this is very much appreciated

Good proximity to airport, kinda in the middle of nowhere. Veronica the host was very kind, gave us fresh fruit when we got in late and arranged for our taxi to the airport at 2:30am.

Definitely a hostel type place. Nothing really nearby, good for one night if you’re catching a flight. Not a place to stay more than that.

Llegamos súper tarde porque nuestro vuelo al aeropuerto de Kilimanjaro se retrasó y el traslado del aeropuerto proporcionado por el hotel nos esperó por dos horas. Además a pesar de que llegamos como a las 12 de la noche nos ofrecieron una cena por si no habíamos tenido tiempo de cenar en el avión. El personal súper amable, preparados siempre para servirte y encantadores, y todo súper limpio. Al día siguiente después de un maravilloso desayuno hicimos el check out, y nos dejaron quedarnos en las instalaciones lo que quisimos (como 2 o 3 horas) hasta que nos pudieron venir a recoger. Un sitio muy acogedor y tranquilo, ideal para hospedarse tras un largo día de vuelos. Repetiremos!!

The bed was very comfortable, location was good, most of the staff were helpful. Food was incredible

There was no hot water, on check-in the staff were very difficult and made it a bit uncomfortable
