I did not like much, to be honest. Just the privacy.

I didn't like the following: - hair on bedsheets, hair on the toilet seat (yuck) - dirt in so many places (toilet seat, toilet paper support, in the microwave/kitchenette area, stains on sofa, sticky dust on the tv table, many (bloodlike) stains on the washing machine) - very dated low cost furniture, short sofa, rusty heating unit - owner's attitude (!): for a start, he doesn't greet you, every time he writes to you // the owner also asked me to vacate the place and place the keys downstairs at 11:00 am, when the maximum checkout time is at noon!!! // when I explained the checkout rules there was no apologies, also when I mentioned that his personnel did not clean up (I did not want to place the blame directly) and offered just a few examples of blunders (hair on toilet seat and bedsheet and dirty toilet seat), I got no apologies, just an explanation that it's a cheap accommodation, so I can't expect perfect standards, that a cleaning service would be for the same price of the accommodation!! What a guts and what a shameless owner.. If you want to work in hospitality, basic cleanliness is not optional. I slept on my own towel, dressed, thanks to the owner. I had some evening online course, so I could not look for an emergency accommodation the same evening. I'm surprised of the other reviews mentioning cleanliness, the dirt is chronical in that place (see photos, pity I can add just 4...) Please be prepared, it's a very small place on 9th floor, the room is probably under 12m3, and the conditions are really suboptimal. If on a budget, better try a highly rated boutique hostel, twice as cheap, in a better location, with common lounges.
