Staffs were wonderful

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The adventure activities for kids were a huge hit, keeping them entertained and active all day. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and well accommodated our requests. We had a pool suite but cudnt play as the water was too cold.

Food was good but can be improved on variety and taste.

Thanks to all the staff at the resort, I enjoyed every minute, I enjoyed the traditional dance as well as the cooking lessons, the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable, the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and in harmony with nature, the only note that was in the resort was about the constant power outage, mosquitoes and monkeys

Restaurant systems and food

Major construction is ongoing in the property. All common areas, the restaurant, and amenities are closed. Loud and noisy all around. Forced us to pay the full amount much before the Booking.com free cancellation date. Did not inform about the ongoing construction. Served breakfast and dinner in the room, however, there is no space in the room to accommodate the same. Staff are the least trained and cannot speak English or Hindi. Room service takes hours.
