"Superbe villa au calme avec stationnement privé et terrasses (toit, rdc)"

La Palmeraie est sublime, une belle découverte lorsque l’on se gare sous le carport (un plus +++). La décoration, l’architecture, la piscine et le jardin très bien agencé et vegetalisé. Propre et avec tout le nécessaire.

Juste pour peaufiner, peut-être ajouter un rideau dans la suite parentale pour plus d’intimité dans la salle d’eau et ne pas gêner le sommeil des occupants. Mais sinon, RAS.

Villa au charme indéniable, propre et bien équipée.

Je suis resté bloqué pendant 4heures à cause d’une voiture garée devant la porte du garage. Il serait judicieux de signaler la présence de véhicule et l’interdiction de stationner.

Très jolie maison, bien entretenue, et bien équipée. Un petit plus pour la place de parking ombragée avec porte motorisée ! Très bel espace « Roof top » (Stah) avec barbecue,four à pizza, etc … à refaire

Petit conseil, ajouter une porte à la salle de bain de la chambre pour plus d’intimité.

Nothing in particular. Maybe just the location, but if you have a car, this becomes no issue at all.
