Din păcate, experiența noastră la această locație nu a fost una plăcută. Eu și iubitul meu nu am primit camera pe care ne-o doream, deși aceasta fusese discutată în prealabil. În plus, prosoapele nu erau albe și curate așa cum te-ai aștepta de la o unitate de cazare, iar apa caldă nu a fost disponibilă constant, ceea ce a creat un disconfort major. Consider că aceste aspecte sunt esențiale pentru confortul oaspeților și ar trebui îmbunătățite.

Frigiderul aproape destrămat și curgea apa din el în mâncare rău , pernele aproape inexistente și foarte inconfortabil stai

"Not cosy room, to avoid if you want to enjoy Chrismas."

Location. Bed, even not suitable for that space.

Not attention for the cleaning and for details. It seems the room was not finished yet to expecting guests. Cold in the real sense, but also the atmosphere, even It was almost Christmas. Coffee machine didn’t work. Grey towels. Sorry for feedback, but hope It will be constructive. Sibiu Christmas marked was wonderful and also other accommodations had night standards around old city center.
