The double bed and location were great for what we needed.

The window in the bedroom let a draft through and also quite loud traffic noise!

The location was good for our schedule, which was one of the reasons that we booked. The agents were responsive and quick to address issues (more on that below.)

We arrived at night, after an international flight, to a litany of issues. These included safety concerns (e.g. a wildly unstable wardrobe), bedroom curtains that didn't close, poor cleanliness, a broken kettle, and several others. The only explanation for such an accumulation of items is a lack of oversight and maintenance. The one positive in the circumstances is that the agent was responsive and corrected everything that we reported in one afternoon.

The second we walked in the property had a strong smell of Asian cooking smells very strong. The steps up to the property are very unsafe not level and some broken. Property was dirty and very dated walls were dirty, carpet was very old and like a school grade carpet, kept finding long black hairs everywhere. Our daughter was playing and her toy went down side of sofa and it was thick and as dust and crumbs. Curtains in bedroom didn’t even close. Lights in hallway were terrible. The light fixture in living room was yellow and just a big dust collector very bad. Bath sounded like it was going to collapse and shower curtain was disgusting had pink mildew/bodyfat residue all along bottom of it. The entrance (vennel) had glass and packets of medication lying around. Sofa had stains and you could see where people had had their cups on the arm of sofa. Unfortunately this is the worst place we have stayed and we have been a lot of places with work over the last few years. Would never return sorry just being totally honest
