It was clean, well maintained and the staff were very helpful

Highly recommended for a peaceful stay. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes cleanliness, comfort and exceptional service, Leena is the perfect choice. The hotel team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were always available to assist with anything we needed.

The villa is newly built. It is sparkling clean, the service is extremely good. In the kitchenette there is an air fryer, small electric stove and microwave. The host is attentive and helpful and speaks great English. Beautiful backyard to layback. We will definitely come back here if we are around. Mind that location is a bit off site but this was not a problem for us as we had a car.

Our stay at this accommodation in Sri Lanka was one of the best we’ve had during our trip. What truly impressed us was how well the property caters to the needs of European travelers, something that isn’t always common in the country. Everything—from the shower to the bed, pillows, and toiletries—met the highest standards. The accommodation also featured a spacious living room, which we used for breakfast and for working, making it feel like a true home away from home. We had convenient parking right next to the house, which added to the overall ease and comfort of our stay. A huge thank you to the owner for being incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions, and supporting us from the moment we made the booking. I should also mention that everything in the accommodation is brand new, making the experience even better.

The host of this property was in contact with us prior to the booking, was very helpful and allowed us to check in and check out whenever we wanted which was helpful as we wanted to leave at 5am and hosts were happy to arrange this for us!! House was very clean and the workers there were very welcoming! Had our own parking place and felt safe in the house, our driver was also given a private place to stay which was very helpful too! I would 100% recommend!

We liked everything about this property!

The host treated us as if we were guests of the grand hotel. I felt as if I had a personal concierge. There was contact with the owner all the time via WhatsApp. He showed interest in whether everything was ok. There is the option to buy very tasty food - no point in eating out - at our host's the breakfasts and lunches were phenomenal and all on site and at the hour we wanted. Sensational avocado cocktail - the best drink I had in Sri Lanka. The host helped us with finding transport to the beach. I had a need to go to the hairdresser and our host organised a haircut for me - he then drove me over and acted as a translator between me and the hairdresser. And then he drove me back to my accommodation by motorbike. In addition, he constantly showed interest in whether we needed anything. He was a great inroller regarding Sri Lanka. The rooms were very clean, air conditioning in each bedroom. A comfortable sofa in the living room. Garden at your disposal. If you are passing through in Batticaloa and need accommodation I would confidently recommend this place and the host. My sincere and warm greetings to him.

Everything was great

The wonderful and swift communication with us. The accommodation itself was modern and comfortable. It felt like home - Harshan’s team was careful and considerate, his mother prepared incredible Tamil food, when we asked for laundry service, Harshan immediately looked after it. The communication via WhatsApp before, during and after the stay was impeccable. Every little detail was taken care of. Cannot recommend this stay enough!
