Beautiful view, excellent room.

Where else can you find an 1800 Sq ft penthouse suite in Vegas for $300 a night? You can't. Some of the recent reviews I read about Palms Place were really bad. The 2 prior reviewers of this listing had either bad luck (with the cleaning and plumbing) or just not a good experience. I can't wait to come back to the exact same suite next month.

We could not get the washer/dryer in the big suite to function.

the place was not vacuumed , mopped- sheets smelled bad - was told was Con-Joined but not room to room - not sanitary- bandaids on floor- candy and glitter still on floor

The room and location were great. I’ve stayed in a similar room at the palms and had a great experience.

We had an issue with our plumbing in the room, the issue was so bad that we had to evacuate the room. Because the suit is a private property, the front desk wasn’t available for help. When we reached out to the property manager we asked if we could move rooms and were told there was no manager on staff and that they would contacts us with more information. We called multiple time and texted and they completely didn’t answer. The cleaning crew came and did an ozone treatment (which fixed the issue) but we were never told that that would fix it afterwards so we just we assumed we had to avoid our room and didn’t go back in till around 11pm. Once we did get in contact, the following day, they told us it was our fault for not going back after the treatment and told us they would take 50$ off of our total which was around $1500 for two nights. They then proceeded to charge us $50 for an “excessive” cleaning fee because we had confetti balloons (big confetti). We would never be rude and do glitter or anything they wouldn’t already clean without a vacuums. This experience was not good. I will not be staying here again which makes me sad because I loved my past room through a different property manager. If we had been met with any amount of support this would be an entirely different review.
