Staff were friendly and proactively helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great. Location was convenient.

The distance from railway station is around 700 meters. I booked it because it was treebo property. We had very nice treebo experience in Alleppey palmyra milord. So we booked it. It has complementary breakfast which was sufficient. But this brekfast they provide outside the hotel in a nearby restaurant. Overall you can stay here with family.

Whole of my this tour I have Booked two treebo property. Vinayak hotel in itself was good. Location from railway station is also nice. But Staff specially people on the desk I'm forgetting his name was very absurd person. We came from Alleppey and was very tired. The person on the desk asked me how many people you are. I said two people and child. He asked whether you are married? I said yes . Then he asked show me the proof whether you are married or not in a very bad manner. I don't like his behaviour. He alloted us a room which had seperate bed however he knew that we are two persons with one child. Any how we just pass our night in the hotel Bathroom was bit dirty. Not upto the treebo property.
