Lovely property with well equipped facilities for all your needs. Very large garden that is secure for dogs. Great host with clear communication

Only negative was the noise from the road. Fine for most people but if you're a light sleeper you may struggle Unable to park at the property but not too much of problem as there's plenty of parking nearby.

Cosy and comfortable. Loved the log burner. The whole house was spotless. Really nice decor. Plenty of parking spaces on the street around the corner. Good location- within walking distance of the town. Everything we needed.

On a busy road - noisy traffic. Shower was a bit of a tight squeeze.

It was a lovely quaint but spacious property with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Nice decor and all mod cons, good WiFi, great garden to relax in. Situated in a convenient location in which to explore the Brecon Beacons. Excellent contact from the owner throughout. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this little beautiful cottage. Very clean our host was flexible with our arrival time. Great location, all round brilliant place to stay for a cosy short break.

Beautifully presented cottage with a friendly and helpful owner. Great location, with easy walking into the town centre and a big garden space with view of the Cathedral tower and Pen y Fan in the distance. Well equipped and comfortable.

The outside space with the washing machine could be more attractive, and the next door neighbour can see straight into the downstairs bedroom when hanging their washing out.

Good location. An 8 min. walk into town. Just over the road to the cathedral. Lovely walk to the canal basin and boat trip and theatre.

Roadside windows could do with a clean. No parking on site but Parking is available in the cathedral carpark. 5pm-8am £1 so wasn't a problem. One bedroom upstairs and one downstairs but the bathroom/toilet was upstairs so maybe not suitable for anyone who can not manage stairs. Was OK for us though. There are fish and chip shops as well in brecon but not mentioned in the booklet.

Great location, spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely garden and has everything you need. Good communication with host also. Very comfortable stay!
