The way Frederika helped me every time even before I thought I need a help... From the taxi to airaport, when my check out delayed and she saw, that the buses ended for Sunday , Through reminding me to be on time to live for my train and took all my things to her husband car , took me to the,bus station, She did not live till was shoore, I will be on time to my train, When I was in a soopermarket and till I already left, She kept helping to.vomplete my trip with the schedule for my train and path to walk to the see port:) Amaxing, Highly reccomend!!! The best hotel with the best family treatment... More tgen any where I saw all you could not expect in the bath:) All the time helpd, Very good instructor and warmest treatment:) Saw how the appartment was cleaned after just a few hours of my staying:) Already revcomended to my crew members and for shoor will come back with my family;) Enjoy!!! Clean comfortable apartment in a perfect location! Just minutes away from Fiumicino and everything you need (and more) within walking distance. The host are incredibly welcoming and responsive

Eveything! What a wonderful apartment, and what a wonderful host. Frederica and her husband picked me up from the airport. Frederica recommended places for breakfast and dinner/lunch. Both are fantastic. The apartment is exactly how you see it in the pics. So gorgeous and cozy. Walking distance to the seaside. Frederica invited me to her home for afternoon aperitif prepared by her husband. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. An unexpected side trip that led to an unexpected friendship. Thank you, Frederica, for your hospitality and kindness. I am so grateful, especially as a solo traveller. In gratitude 🙏🏽💜

I was expecting a lot from this residence due to the reviews. But I really don't get why they have such high reviews... At first it seemed the host was super nice. But at the end it was all fake.. Messaging us disrespectfuly. Expecting us to clean the appartement like cleaners. You pay a good amount for this appartement at least what you can expect is service.

-Shower drain was blocked. -AC doesn't work. -bedroom shutter did not close. -water pressure in the bathroom poor.
