The bed was not comfy

The bed was really comfortable and roomy. Pool was nice had it to ourselves and staff was super friendly plus good view of the lake.

Tub in bathroom kept backing up, no AC in rooms kind of hot but dis have fans which helped a little.

I loved the location and th employees they were super nice and helpful. We got a room with a pretty view.

It says that it's remodeled, but this room was not remodeled, we had no AC, they gave us a fan instead, it was $10 for a microwave and $10 for a fridge if we wanted them in the room. The rooms could have been a little more clean. The floor was dirty, the blanket that goes between the duvet, and the sheet was gross. The view was pretty from our "balcony" but unsafe as heck. I just think this place needs a little more attention than what it's getting now, it has so much potential..when they remodel ill be back.

The staff truly did the best they could.

When you advertise a 5 million dollar remodel, and their own staff confirm the heating hasn't worked in two years. The spa wasn't close to warm, and hot water went quickly in the rooms.

The location was great

The property had no TV it was cold everywhere the breakfast was horrible there were dead flys everywhere it was very run down

Staff was good

The walls and floor are thin, and I was up all night with a dog running around upstairs and couldn't get any sleep.

The property was beautiful. However, the facility itself was old. It was advertised as having been renovated. The best part was that the room was clean.

It was advertised as having been renovated, having a restaurant. There was no restaurant. We had to eat in the bar. Although the room was clean, there was no fridge, no microwave, the TV didn’t work, and there was no information in the room about the facility, area, or area.
