AUIt was very clean and had a washing machine and kitchenware for self catering.
It was very dark due to no windows in kitchen area only small one that was on a concrete wall. The only window for light was the front west facing window. The bedroom had a window that opened into the shower cubicle, so to prevent water from shower going into room had to close window and blind for privacy. The bed was much too big for the room and it was hard to move around to get out of the door especially if there was luggage as there wasn't a lot of space to put it apart from the front lounge room.
AUThe guesthouse is close to everything we needed yet located in a quiet neighbourhood. Our hosts were very helpful. The amenities in the guesthouse are very well thought out. It is offers very cosy and comfortable accommodation.
USIt was very easy to find Dear Jo Guesthouse and there was plenty of parking nearby. It was nice to have the living room space to sit in and relax after a day of exploring the island. The place was clean and it had everything that we needed for making breakfast and cooking our meals. The place is a little bit out of the main part of town, but there are closer restaurants. There is also a grocery store nearby.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable bed but it worked fine for our stay and the price of the accomodation.

AESpotless clean, everything is available. Location is perfect and the house is new and beautiful. It can accompany 4 people easily. Thank you so much I loved the shower and the bed so much Thank you a lot, definitely I'll be booking this apartment when i come back to Samos in the summer City centre is just 8 minutes walk, it's beside the Tax office and the municipality and the service centre as well. All in walking distance Ps: there's heating and AC and everything you need, and plus a bug fridge "you can cook your own food" and a washing machine 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Everything is perfect
TRThe location was super awesome. It is 10-15 minute by walk to Vathy Port. There was no problem with parking, the neighborhood was also silent and felt safe. The house designed very pretty and there were almost everything that we needed. It has 1 bedroom but the sofa in the living can turn into a 2 person size bed too. It is okay for 4 or 3 persons too. Overall, we left the very happy. A side note: Olive oil in the kitchen was super perfect,
Natural light in the house was very limited. Location of the toilet was uncomfortable since is directly connected with kitchen and also it has a window directly see the bedroom.

The location is within walking distance but it takes more time than I expected. It would be better, if it were closer to the seaside.
