Umtsalane Private Game Farm

Everything was awesome! What a wonderful experience. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer! An extraordinary life experience, wildlife, sunset, sunrise, late night pool swim and an exciting 4x4 trail to drive on the lodge. The views are breathtaking and dramatic. The accommodation is a welcomed respite after hours in the sun warm enough to toast your bones.

A Hidden Gem! As a European hunter, Umtsalane turned out to be an incredible hidden gem that completely surpassed all my expectations. The lodge, conveniently located right next to the swimming pool, was spotless and wonderfully cozy—providing the ideal mix of luxury, adventure, and a true connection with nature. I felt so peaceful and relaxed in the serene surroundings, allowing me to fully escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of my absolute favorite features was the delightful barbecue area, boasting breathtaking views of the waterhole—a perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty all around. The hunting experience was simply extraordinary. Throughout nearly two days, I had the chance to hunt an Oryx, Kudu, and Warthog, creating a truly unforgettable adventure. I must give a special shout-out to the staff, whose warmth, friendliness, and keen attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. If I could wish for one thing, it would be to have a 4x4 vehicle to explore the more challenging roads—until next time!
