Super moder and clean, spacious and in the central location (still pretty quiet at night). Would definitely return here.

Sofa bed in the living room can only be used as is, so it was a bit of a problem for us (we booked for 4 people (2 in the bedroom, queen sized bed and 2 were supposed to sleep in the living room). It's OK for the night, but might be an issue for a longer stay. It's fully equipped, but I would recommend adding a trash can in the kitchen area, because there was only one (in the bathroom).
