Die Handtücher haben nicht so gut abgetrocknet und schnell einen Eigengeruch entwickelt.

Clean facilities, well equipped, easy check in and check out, friendly owner and also Franco, who met us and let us in. Small balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning and also nice sausa inside the house, which I would say is rare thing in Italy.

"Tutto perfetto"

Struttura ristrutturate recentemente quindi tutto nuovissimo. Inoltre pulizia impeccabile dell’appartamento. Si trova in una stradina tranquilla frequentata da residenti molto cordiali. Parcheggio comodo sotto casa. Casa su due piani con ampi spazi. Unica cosa non c’è il bidet ma uno spruzzino accanto al wc comunque comodo. Franco Gentile è disponibile.

Good and clean location, close to the beach (2 min by car). The apartament has all facilities, easily can park the car. I strongly recommend it.

"L'efficenza tedesca in una casa siciliana!"

Ci è piaciuto tutto, la cura dei dettagli, le dotazioni, c'era tutto quello che poteva servire, rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, posizione comoda, stanze pulite, nuove, curate, arredi nuovi, letto comodissimo, ampi spazi. Ci torneremo.

Appartamento nuovo, ben rifinito...non manca nulla: lavastoviglie, 3 televisori, stufa,camino, cadeux(bottiglia di vino, biscotti, calamita),aria condizionata e sauna...cosa ti potrebbe mancare? Ci pensa Franco...fantastico in tutto. Grazie la migliore esperienza fatta con booking

Le voisinage était très sympathique. La maison était propre et bien équipée.

L'emplacement n'est pas ideal pour le stationnement d'une voiture car les rues sont très étroites dans ce quartier d'Avola et il s'avère que la circulation en voiture est difficile... Contact très succinct avec la personne qui nous accueillait . Le matelas était super ! mais quel dommage de mettre des draps composés de polyester qui malheureusement collent à la peau quand il fait chaud ...
