The room size and location

we enjoyed the breakfast as there were many varieties available and the staffs were too good to follow us if we needed anything. Foods were fresh.

more choices of non veg starters would have make a great menu.

Staircase difficult for person with knee problem to reach reception

Very nice hotel. Clean and very central to many shops and even a few malls within walking distance. Briyani next door on the street was great!! Will definitely book again if I’m back in Guwahati.

Just a minor feedback for the front desk team. I think they should be more attentive to guests. Acknowledge customers in front of you. Eye contact when handing back documents. I just noticed these things whilst waiting around the reception. Small improvements go a long way. Other than that, good work!

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Large room, comfy bed and pillows, good food options, all the amenities you need in the room. On a main road so easily accessible but also it is set back so it’s peaceful. The staff are SO helpful.

A little distant from locations like the bazaars and riverfront but it’s easy and cheap to order a car (or tuk tuk) via Uber to get around.

Location was very good as it was in the city center.
