Absolutely Nothing great about this property

1/5 – Absolutely Not Worth the 5-Star Tag I recently stayed at ARISTA By Ambition and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. This property does not deserve its 5-star rating, and here’s why: • Zero Hospitality: No welcome upon arrival, no greeting at check-in, and not even a courteous “enjoy your stay.” Staff were cold and disinterested. • Rude Reception Staff: One receptionist named Gaurav was especially disrespectful, interrupting while I was already being attended to. Very unprofessional behavior for front desk staff. And on the last day receptionist Divya was even more disaster. • Unlivable Room Conditions: My room had a strong, unpleasant damp smell. When I complained, I was handed a room freshener (which made it worse). No apology, no room change offered. • Stinky, Unventilated Corridors: The building’s corridors are not air-conditioned and smell terrible. Every time I opened my room door, hot, foul-smelling air rushed in. • Poor Buffet Experience: The restaurant buffet was substandard, missing basic breakfast items. Staff just stood around instead of monitoring or replenishing the food. • Ignored Birthday Request: I requested a small birthday cake in advance (even offered to pay), and was promised delivery — but nothing was done. No follow-up, no explanation. • No Management Presence: There was no senior staff on site to raise concerns with. Everything felt mismanaged and impersonal. The only positive was a bellman on the 1st day of the check in who was polite and helpful — sadly, the only staff member who understood hospitality. This hotel seems to be operating under a 5-star image. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t even rate it 3 stars. The service, facilities, and overall attitude were completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again. A truly hopeless experience.

There should be more options

Focus more on food

Location is in midtown so good for shopping.

Over priced for the basic amenities provided compared to other 5 star hotels.

Everything was good. The live flute player during breakfast was lovely

The location was congested

I like the breakfast, simple and price appropriate.

The staff attitude was horrible, which spoilt my stay.
