Fairy Bridge Lodge

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and clearly recently renovated. A lot of care has been put into the details, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were excellent, with very comfortable beds and high-quality, hotel-standard mattresses. Small touches like tea, coffee, water, and a hairdryer made the stay even more pleasant. The modern PIN-code access system was also very convenient and up to date.

The main issue was the heating. The radiator in our room was broken, and we were not informed about this before arrival. When we arrived, the room was very cold, and we assumed the heating would turn on automatically. After being out for several hours, we returned to find it still extremely cold, especially as the weather was windy and stormy. The bathroom was freezing as well. Only after contacting the owner were we told that there was an electric heater available in the room. We would have used it earlier if we had known. Considering that the property did not seem fully booked, we felt that offering an alternative room could have been a reasonable solution for the price.

Comfortable beds and proximity to town

We saw zero staff. Entry to car park, front door and bedroom via a code. Room was good but cold when we arrived and again the next morning

Stayed one night in a quadrupole room with my partner and kids . Room was clean and beds super comfortable. Plenty of parking and it was safe and secure . Only downside is the shower barely worked and water was cold . Apart from that I cannot fault this property we enjoyed our stay .
