Jongno Olive Hotel

Night shift guy is so kind,but daytime sift guy is terrible. I didn’t trust daytime receptionist anymore. He didn’t work as a receptionist. I asked to call a taxi at 9 when it was at 8. And i went down to the reception at 8:45. He said that it was impossible to call a taxi now.

Room cleanliness: poor! I could feel that the floor was dirty, and the white towel on the floor was definitely filled with dust Bed: there was a stain on the bedsheets... Toilet: the tap looks dirty (see the photos), the towels provided were also dusty and not clean. If you would like to continue with your stay at Olive Hotel, do bring your own towels. Also, there was a used toothpaste, and bug spray (was told to have our rooms cleaned by the receptionist or else bugs will enter) Aircon: Initially thought the aircon was down, but the receptionist told us that the weather is cooling so there will not be any air-con. However, it was noisy when we left the windows open for the room to air, did not sleep well that night. The stay was not expensive, but I do believe cleanliness has to be of a certain standard In the end, we only stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel to stay as it was very uncomfortable

LOCATION IS GOOD. JUST WALK WITHIN 1 MINUTES, HAVE BUS STOP , EMART 24 HOURS , DOBI,EVEN A SMALL SHOPPING MART THAT OFFER REASONABLE PRICE OF GOODS.

MAYBE ROOM ABIT OLD, JUST ABIT SMALL. BUT IS VERY GOOD FOR COUPLE. JUST THE WATER SOMETIMES COLD, SOMETIMES HOT

NO GOOD POINTS AT ALL !!! There are so much better options that I stayed in Seoul for the same price

The room was SUPER cold and the floor didn’t warm up the room at all! As a result, after asking 2 times what I am supposed to do with 18 degrees inside in my room in cold winter Seoul, I was given the heater. The towels were dirty and remained the same from the previous travelers. The smell of used towels and the make up traces are the evidences that the hotel workers just didn’t change them. Plus, they even didn’t change a toilet paper roll into a new one. It was just a leftover :) A small leftover that is supposed to be used for 3 days
