Kingdom Gate Hotel

The location is very close to the train station. Owners are nice , peaceful people:) . The lady gave us information about the Anuradhapura complex and the Mihintale - with were great visits.

Internet was poor :(

It's in walking distance to the central station. So, an ideal place if you have to catch an early morning train like we had to. Staff is nice and the facilities are as mentioned. The bathroom is clean and the beds are comfy. WiFi is also pretty good.

At night it can get a bit noisy outside (sometimes) because of dogs.

Nobody's there most of the time so it's not the best for finding advice, arranging onward transport or breakfast.

Although I paid the price for the room with breakfast included they refused surve us breakfast. After the incident i informed it but i was left with a no reply. The staff is not friendly just business minded. Would not recommend this place for someone else

It is very close to the jayasri maha bodhi and ruwanweliseya " Stuupa ". Nice place to stay.

According to the price , the place is satisfied. But cupboards and the surrounding should be clean.
