Very modern bathroom

No parking Smart tv device was missing

The location was excellent. Close to Te Papa, Cuba St and public transport

The name of the property Urban Haven doesn’t match the name on the building - Liberty Apartments- so it was hard to find. Also I was on the 5th floor. Lift only goes to the 4th. Didn’t worry me but others who can’t do stairs might find this an issue. There was also a constant noice like an industrial drier in the floor above. I’m assuming it was the building’s air conditioning or something. I don’t mind background noise but for others who are noise sensitive, this would be irritating.

You owe me money. As i never stayed at the property , showing the room was available then told me it wasnt! Ive been waitimg on my refund for a month now!

Tidy, comfy space.

The lift was broken 5 flights of stairs at 60 was an interesting challenge. Please orientate your receptionist to room access. Lift to level 4 then stairs.

The only good think about this place was the bed, nice and comfy.

First of all the place on booking.com doesn’t match the name of the hotel at all, we were lost and confused for ages. Called them of course, asked for directions and first thing they say is whats your name? Turns out my booking didn’t go through. Didn’t really get an apology and the staff took half an hour to sort it out. They gave us a hotel room which I thought was an upgrade and them apologising but by the photos the studio looked way better. The hotel room wasn’t clean, had marks on the couch and in the shower. The studio bathroom looked way better too. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.The only good thing I have to say about it was the bed was comfy.

It was easy to get to and everything you could need was nearby.
