Comfortable and clean with everything we needed to base ourselves for a week. Nice area by the pool to hang out. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiries we had. The location felt very safe and was a five minute (six block) walk to the malecon. There was a nice pool area to hang out at.

There was some street noise occasionally but honestly I think we would have found that anywhere as vendors went throughout neighbours advertising on loud speakers as they went. And cats and dogs we could occasionally hear during the night. But again, dogs and cats were quite visible throughout Progreso.

Good location, well maintained, good storage. Very comfortable.

Hosts are not very responsive. Kitchen could be better equipped. Limited pots pans and utensils. My check out was flawless however my neighbours on the other units got locked out at check and almost lost their plane ; the door code changed right at 10am. Couldn't get a hold of hosts. They need to be more responsive. Washroom sink also clugged but not a big deal.

The manager I called because we run out of drinking water and her answer was to take the big empty bottles to a supermarket and buy some more but I ama 71 years old woman with back problems and couldn’t lift the bottle the supermarket was about 3 blocks away Fortunately the cleaner lady came and called the water truck for us

Studio très bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour long. Clim, machine à café, gaz, vaisselle etc. A une rue de la mer en plus !

La présence de poids lourd qui passe juste devant. Toute la journée et quelques uns la nuit. Plutôt bruyant par moment.

It was very clean and spacious. Had all the items needed for a long term stay

Could have used a few more kitchen towels and linens. Traffic is loud and busy in the morning as the street has no toupees to slow the cars down but it doesn’t last long.

Close to the ocean

Very loud, dogs barking all night, street is busy n loud our beach towels had blood on them we were not given bath towels had to wait 24 hours to get new towels
