Lovely location and fantastic hosts. We loved it.

There is no wifi

Great stay, lovely studio one street back from the marina with sea views from the balcony. The property is more suited to couples or families with older children as the bedrooms/studios are split between each side of the main staircase, with the bathroom between. Would definitely stay again, Maria and her daughter were excellent hosts who left us everything that we would need (plus some extra gifts!) and the communication was great.

The location is superb, it is just a stone throw away from the sea and restaurants. We booked two rooms and received nice welcome presents. The lady, who handed over the rooms, was very helpful, organized taxi for us because we had to be at the airport very early.

We had just one roll of toilet paper.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the wonderful hospitality! The apartments are really cozy and spotlessly clean. A great place to relax after a busy day. We felt very comfortable staying here and will definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thank you very much for your care and attention to detail!

It's one of these rare finds, so glad we've stayed at Affreshi sul Mare at the Marina instead of just the centre of Pisa. What really stands out is Maria's, Rosa's and Carolina's kindness and warm welcome. You've made us feel really spoiled. Thanks again!

Location was great, Maria was very sweet and accommodated us even for an early check in. We had a wonderful stay, it was too short!

Great hosts. Beautiful 18th century house, high ceilings, big windows. Great location a block away from the sea.

Loved everything about our stay but let down a bit by bathroom facilities. Lovely bathroom and bathtub but low pressure and low water temp meant my husband didn't have a great bath. No shower fixture or screen so I couldn't have a proper shower.
