Nous avons tous aimé l’emplacement, le calme, la sérénité. Juste un petit désagrément dans la nuit. Les Clients du dessous ont parlé fort longtemps la nuit qu’ils nous empêché de dormir vu qu’on avait un bb en bas.ages

Casale Beatrice degli Ulivi is a wonderful property that we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Umbria. The setting is simply stunning — the views over the surrounding hills are breathtaking and unlike anything we had experienced before. The rooms are charming and the overall atmosphere of the place is warm, relaxing and full of character. We only had breakfast on one occasion, but it left a great impression: fresh, generous and clearly made with care. The staff deserve a special mention — they were consistently kind, attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful getaway away from the crowds, this is the place to be. We hope to return!

The parking area outside the property is poorly lit, which made it difficult to see obstacles at night. On our last evening, we accidentally drove over a tree trunk that had not been removed from the parking area. The car got stuck as a result. A member of staff was very kind and helpful the following morning — they cut part of the trunk so we were able to free the vehicle, and we are grateful for their assistance. We hope the remaining trunk will be fully removed in the near future, as the car's bumper has unfortunately been damaged and will need to be replaced.

Bellissima struttura immersa nei circostanti vigneti per un vero relax. Anche giardino molto ben curato. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Casale veramente bello con un giardino molto curato e panorama splendido. Stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Tutto perfetto.
