Nothing at all

The host who is your direct line of contact is absolutely phenomenal. He is professional, courteous, and goes over and above his roles and responsibilities. He is always willing to help at a moments notice.

The owner is rude, lacks peoples skills, and should definitely stay far away from customer relations. She is asked me to pay for my accommodation upfront for a discounted rate, which i felt obliged to take her up on her offer. To my own detriment i might add. I paid over 3 days accommodation on the Sunday and sent through the proof of payment as per her ( the owner ) request. She never requested it to be immediate as ive stayed at the premises for over 2 consecutive weeks. Not once have i given the owner the reason to question my morals or character. I have been held here as a prisoner due to the fact that i was not allowed to leave the estate nor have any guests come to visit. I was instructed to go and make a cash deposit for the weeks accommodation in advance yet the owner was not willing to provide me with an exit code. I dont own a magic flying carpet nor do i have a magic broom, but she has now brought out the which in me so who knows. To conclude my stay in a nutshell i would never come back here again nor would i recommend anyone else to stay here, not unless the owner is not involved in any way or form.

This property is very central, on the Gautrain bus route and within walking distance of three shopping centers. It is ideal for travelers who don't need a car to get around and who can manage with public transport. Refer to the Gautrain website for their coverage. There is a fairly well equipped gym in the complex and a swimming pool for the warmer months and they do not cost extra. It has a complete kitchen with most utensils (bring your own potato peeler :) washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is spacious. It is on the third floor with access by stairs only, so not suitable for anyone who can't walk up the stairs. The gentleman who manages the apartment is contactable by social media and always replies to any concerns almost immediately.

I think the bedroom curtains could be darker, especially for summer months when the sun comes up very early, but not a problem for early birds. I mentioned my suggestions to the gentleman managing the property which include an extra chair and a table for desk work.
