Alpha Urban Suites

Our host was very friendly and helpful with everything coming into the property. There was multiple complementaries for us to use. The location was perfect, and local to anything we needed. The apartment was spacious, clean & accommodating. We would very highly recommend staying here.

There was no factors we didn’t like during this trip.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch! Innerhalb von max. 20min ist man fußläufig an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rhodos-Stadt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die gemeinschaftlich genutzt große Terrasse ist perfekt zum frühstücken :)

The room was big and clean, it had a balcony, a TV and a kettle. The air con was great when it got way too hot in the afternoon. The host would stop by every few days to replace our towels!

We were under the impression by pictures at the description stating “apartment” that we would have access to a kitchen as well as 2 separate bedrooms. There was no kitchen, but there was a kettle and fridge. There were 3 beds, 1 king and 2 singles and in one corner of the room there were 2 additional sinks. It was still a great stay, but the price for us reflected that of an “entire apartment” as per the booking confirmation and pictures, which would typically include a kitchen. However, the description doesn’t state kitchen, so it was our fault for not triple checking, but I do feel the confirmation and pictures could be clearer.

The host was very kind and clear with communication leading up to the stay and during. They offered clear directions and lots of Rhodes advice. The building was clean and had an elevator which was helpful with heavy luggage. The apartment itself was clean and good sized, however the bathroom was quite small in comparison. There was a comfortable queen bed and two twin beds, good wifi, a balcony, strong AC, a refrigerator, coffee maker (with some complimentary pods - also water and a bottle of wine :)) It is located in a residential area around 10-25 min walk from the center, old town and main beach areas and quiet for sleeping.

The apartment is very bright and needs black out curtains or at least darker/thicker color curtains. Also, it would be helpful to have more than one towel person in the apartment for a five day stay. We had to ask and they brought another set on the third day, but for the price, there should be multiple sets already there without the hassle.

The access to the apartment was really easy. The location is amazing! The apartment is amazing, so spacious, with everything that we need, clean and cozy. The best thing im the morning was the coffee which we drink on the balcony. The host was really helpful and detailed in his explanation. About the location - on 5-10 mins drom the old town, near the bus station. We like everything! Good luck and many succesful seasons ahead.

The host was great ,always responsive to our questions and provided a lot of useful information from the start. The apartment was big, comfortable bed , 2 air conditioning that made the room cold very fast, 15 min walk from Elli beach or Old town . Also we had access to a nice terrace with sunbeds and a big table where you could chill in the evenings with a glass of wine (offered also by the host as a welcome gift). Great experience overall!
